BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
16 lg. marshmallows or 1 1/2 c. of miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 bananas

Bake pie shell and set aside. Place pudding mix in 1 quart bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Cook in microwave on level 8 for 6 to 7 minutes or until pudding boils and thickens. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking (can also be done on top of stove). Add marshmallows, stir until melted. Cover and chill.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold into cooled pudding. Slice bananas into pudding "after cooled". Pour into pie shell. Chill several hours. I whip the rest of the whip cream and put some sugar in it (amount to taste). Then put it on top of the pie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
