GRILLED CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. honey, divided
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sesame oil
1" piece ginger root, pared & smashed
1 sm. garlic clove, mashed
4 chicken cutlets (1/4 lb. each)

Combine soy sauce with 2 tablespoons honey and the oil, ginger and garlic; cook in flame proof container until warm. Transfer to plastic bag or non-aluminum bowl. Add chicken and marinade covered for 10 minutes.

Heat remaining honey until melted. Set aside. Brush chicken with 1/2 the marinade and cook on non-stick cooking sprayed grill or broiler rack until browned on 1 side (about 5 minutes). Turn chicken over, brush with rest of marinade and brown for 5 minutes. Brush 1 side of each cutlet with 1/4 teaspoon honey and cook until glazed, 1-2 minutes longer. Repeat for other side.
