TORTELLINI WITH CAPER SAUCE 
1 lb. meat or cheese tortellini
1/2 c. olive oil
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. pignoli nuts
2 1/2 tbsp. capers
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley
1/4 c. fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook tortellini as directed. Blend the remaining ingredients in blender. Pour over drained hot tortellini and serve.
