GREEK FETA CHICKEN 
(Low-fat, if you go lightly with cheese.)

1 c. plain low or non-fat yogurt
1 lg. garlic clove
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper (freshly ground)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 c. crumbled Feta cheese (optional)
Parsley for garnish

Whisk first 4 ingredients together in bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Preheat broiler and line pan with foil. Put chicken in pan, smooth side down. Save marinade. Broil approximately 6 minutes and turn chicken over, brush with marinade. Sprinkle with cheese and broil until melted and chicken is done, approximate 4 minutes. Garnish on plates.
