GINGER CARROTS 
20 med. carrots, scraped & cut into 1/4" slices
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Cook carrots until crisp and tender; drain. Combine carrots, butter, honey, salt, cinnamon and ginger in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring gently until carrots are well coated and thoroughly heated. Yield: 10 servings.
