CHEESE CAKE 
20 long graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
4 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained

Dissolve the Jello in 1 cup hot water. Cool. Mix the cream cheese with the white sugar and vanilla. Beat the evaporated milk until stiff. Add Jello and cream cheese mixture to whipped milk and add the fruit cocktail. Pour over the crust and chill.
