IRISH CARAWAY - RAISIN BREAD 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. raisins, floured
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Put all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add butter and crumble with fingertips. Beat egg, sour cream and milk together. Fold into first mixture. Add floured raisins, caraway seeds; mix well. Bake in greased loaf pan 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 3 inches at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.
