1 ground beef patty
1 carrot, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green sweet pepper, diced
Salt 1/4 tsp.
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place the meat on foil. Add remaining ingredients and wrap in the foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
