MEXICAN PORK CHOPS | |
4 thick pork chops (trim fat) 1 lemon, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. chili powder 1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms Salt and pepper pork chops while browning. Place in baking dish. Cover with above mixture and bake about one hour or until chops are tender. Cover with foil while baking. Bake at 350°F. |
