SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. (3 lg.) bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and butter. Blend in eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients only until mixed. Don't over stir. Pour into jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inches) and bake for 25 minutes or until done at 375 degrees.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. sour cream

Melt butter until brown and bubbly. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Beat until creamy and spread on cooled bars.
