CONFETTI VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French cut green beans
1 can peas
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 can white corn
1 can garbanzo beans
1 jar pimento strips
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 or 4 lg. carrots, diced & cooked
Black pepper
1 tsp. celery seed

SAUCE:

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil

Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and pour over the above drained vegetables. Mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least a day before serving. Keeps well.
