FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (#2) can fruit cocktail, not drained
1 beaten egg

Mix first 4 ingredients, then add fruit cocktail and egg. Pour in greased pan. Sprinkle top with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
