FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 can fruit cocktail, including juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1-2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs and fruit cocktail, add sugar, baking soda and flour. Place in 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
