FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 cube butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can fruit cocktail

Mix first 6 ingredients and add a little juice from fruit cocktail with flour mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle topping on. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. At end of 45 minutes test with toothpick or fork. Top with Cool Whip when serving.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix in a separate bowl.
