SWEET ROLL DOUGH | |
2 pkgs. dry yeast 1/2 c. lukewarm water 1-1/2 c. lukewarm milk 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. soft butter 7 to 7-1/2 c. flour Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. water, mix lukewarm milk, sugar, salt and soft butter together. Add beaten eggs. Then mix in the yeast mixture. Add flour; knead. Amount of flour might vary because of humidity. Set in a warm place and let rise until double in size. Punch down and make into round balls. Let rise again until double in size. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. |
