FOR 10 TO 12 POUND TURKEY 
1 can frozen orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. water

Combine all in pot and bring to medium boil for 3 minutes with constant stirring. Baste bird approximately 1 hour after starting bird every 15 minutes until bird is completely cooked.
