FRENCH CRACKERS (SANDTARTS) 
3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. hot water
3 3/4 c. flour
6 egg yolks

Mix together and roll in wax paper, chill, slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
