1 cup sugar 3 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup coconut flakes Combine ingredients and cook over low heat; stirring constantly until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add chopped pecans and coconut flakes. |
