FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
Broccoli (fresh sliced in bite-size pieces)
Black pitted olives
Sliced water chestnuts
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Cauliflower florets
Red onions, sliced
Red or green bell peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Good Seasons no oil Italian dressing

Put all ingredients in covered bowl. Make dressing according to package and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight. Will keep approximately 2 weeks.
