FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
Head of cauliflower flowers
Head of broccoli flowers
1 pkg. frozen peas (do not cook)
Bunch of onion (including stems)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Black olives (sliced)

Mix together with dressing and let stand overnight.

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Before serving, add: 1/2 - 1 lb. bacon bits (crumbled and cooked)
