STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
Stove Top Stuffing
2 pats butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Score flank steak on both sides diagonally to grain. Cook Stove Top stuffing. Put steak in pan. Fill with stuffing. Place 2 pats butter on stuffing to keep moist during baking. Wrap steak around stuffing so ends meet, tie with small string or unwaxed dental floss. Add enough water to pan to keep from burning. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
