2 c. flour (all purpose)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together. Set aside. Mix butter and sugar, add egg and mix by hand. Put dry ingredients in and mix well. Add vanilla. Put in refrigerator until chilled. Roll out cookies on pastry sheet and bake until light brown. They are good.
