CREAMED CAULIFLOWER 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
Onion salt
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. milk

Cook cauliflower as directed. Drain and reserve 1/3 cup water.

Sauce: Melt butter over low heat; add flour and seasoning to taste. Remove from heat and add 1 cup liquid gradually. Return to medium heat and stir until thick and smooth. Put over cauliflower in small casserole. Cover with corn flake crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.
