CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER OR BROCCOLI
SOUP
 
1 lb. cauliflower or broccoli
1 sm. onion, diced
Carrots and celery to taste, diced
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese

Combine in microwave safe bowl; cauliflower or broccoli, onion, carrots, celery, water, bouillon product, pepper and garlic powder. Cover and microwave 15-17 minutes stirring halfway through.

Combine milk and flour, stir until smooth. Microwave 10 more minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Then stir in shredded cheese. Microwave again until all cheese is melted, about 1 1/2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
