CREAM OF BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 c. chicken bouillon

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, milk and chicken bouillon, cook until transparent. Cook until smooth and thickened. Add 2 cups of cooked, chopped broccoli or cauliflower, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
