CREAMED CAULIFLOWER 
4 Tbsps. butter
4 Tbsps. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
3 tsps. dry mustard
Dash of white pepper
2 cups of milk or half and half
1 head cauliflower
Cheddar cheese, grated to cover top of dish, approximately 1 cup
Dash paprika and topping cheese

In medium saucepan over low heat, or double boiler melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion salt, dry mustard and stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, cook stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Cook cauliflower in medium pieces. Do not over cook. Drain and pour into bowl, adding cream sauce and mix lightly with cauliflower. Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
