CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 green onion, sliced fine
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

In medium bowl, blend well sour cream, milk, sugar, salts and vinegar. Add peas, chestnuts, green onions, and bacon, coating well. Cover and chill.
