SAUCY BAKED BEANS 
1 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
8 sliced bacon, diced
4 cans (1 lb. 5 oz.) pork & beans
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. Longhorn cheese

Saute onions and bacon in a large saucepan until lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
