2 lbs. hamburger meat 3/4 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix all together with mixer. Pat out on cookie sheet, cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Cut in serving size pieces and brown. Mix mushroom soup and dry onion mix together and pour over steaks. Bake for 45 minutes on 350. |
