EGG ROLLS 
Cabbage, shredded
Fresh green beans, shredded lengthwise
Fresh carrots, shredded lengthwise
Fresh garlic, crushed
Hamburger meat
Shrimp, minced (opt.)
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Seasonings to taste
Egg whites
Egg roll wrappers, found in produce section at grocery store
Oil

Cut up ingredients before starting. This is your longest amount of time. Cook hamburger, adding green beans, carrots, cabbage, garlic, sauces and spices. Do not add egg whites. Do not cook vegetables until done because they will be cooked again. Make sure meat is done and vegetables are a little firm. Place about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture onto egg roll wrapper. Add up bottom to cover mixture. Fold over sides. Roll up. At top of wrapper rub egg white for sealing. Cook in deep fryer or in deep pan until brown. Can be frozen for later use.
