EGG ROLLS 
1 onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 heads of cabbage
2 green peppers
2 cans bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic
6 carrots
4 celery stalks
50 egg roll wrappers

Brown onion and ground beef in skillet and drain. Shred vegetables in food processor and mix with ground beef. Roll in egg roll wrappers and deep fry. Serve with long grain fried rice.
