EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. Egg Roll Wrappers
1 lg. head cabbage
3-4 green onions
1 egg
1 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
1 lb. sausage
Black pepper, optional

Chop cabbage and boil in small amount of water until tender. Drain and set aside. Cook sausage, break into small chunks, drain off fat and add to cabbage. Chop onions. Add to cabbage and sausage. Mix cabbage, sausage, onions, egg and soy sauce; add pepper to taste.

Put 2 tablespoons on corner of egg roll wrapper and fold as directed on egg roll wrapper package. Drop into deep hot oil, cook until brown on both sides. Serve with sweet and sour sauce. Serves 6-8.
