SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
2 (6 oz.) cans crab meat 2 cans shrimp 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 can pimento, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 c. salad dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. Milnot 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. raw rice, cooked Mix all ingredients in large pan, including the cooked and cooled rice. Place in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. NOTE: You may substitute 1 can of tuna for 1 can of shrimp. This has been a family favorite for years! |
