1/4 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. confectioners sugar, roughly

Combine shortening, cocoa, and salt. Mix together with hand mixer. Add milk and vanilla. Add sugar until creamy. (Add milk to thin and confectioners sugar to thicken. Start off with half sugar and add as needed to thicken.)
