CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. self rising flour, sifted
3 tbsp. cocoa (to taste)
4 c. milk (Pet), diluted
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 stick butter
2 baked pie crusts

Mix sugar, cocoa and self rising flour. Add milk, dash of salt. Cook this over double boiler until thickened. Add one stick of butter. Stir well. Then take some hot ingredients into a cup, add a beaten egg to this. Mix well. Pour back into the rest of ingredients. Add one teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Pour into baked pie crusts. Cool in refrigerator. When ready to serve, top with Cool Whip.
