POTATO CHEESE PUFFS 
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. hot milk
1/8 c. grated longhorn cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 1/3 c. mashed potatoes, hot or cold
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion

Beat egg yolks; fold in remaining ingredients, except egg whites. Stiffly beat egg whies and fold in carefully. Place the whipped potato mixture in rounds in a lightly greased pan and brush tops with melted butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
