ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/3 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. mixed salad greens
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
6 green onions, sliced
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Chow mein noodles
Mandarin oranges

For Dressing: Combine first 5 ingredients.

Combine greens and next 3 ingredients in large bowl. In preheated skillet, stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked (about 2 minutes); add to greens. Pour on dressing and toss well to coat. Garnish each serving with chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges. Makes: 4 servings.
