APRICOT GLAZED KIELBASI 
1 kielbasi
1 sm. jar apricot jam

Slice kielbasi in 1/4 inch slices. Don't cut all the way through. Spread apricot jam on each slice and on the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste with jam every 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
