KRAUTBURGERS 
1 1/4 lbs. ground hamburger or turkey (ground) meat
1 1/4 lb. cabbage
1/2 lb. onions

Chop cabbage and onion fine. Cook cabbage and onion in heavy pot with lid on over low heat. Gradually add rest of ingredients, salt and pepper. Stir frequently.

ROLLS FOR KRAUTBURGERS:

1 cake (or 1 pkg.) yeast
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
4 to 5 c. flour

Combine yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar. Place butter in with milk and boil. Let cool to lukewarm. Place 1/2 cup sugar in bowl. Add beaten eggs to sugar. Add milk and butter combination. Add dry ingredients.
