RUMAKE 
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. chicken livers
Sliced water chestnuts
Bacon strips

Poach chicken livers in soy sauce, ginger, and sugar until medium done.

Cut livers into oblong pieces. Wrap bacon around liver and water chestnut. Secure with toothpick. Put under broiler until brown.
