FLAVORFUL FLOUNDER 
1 lb. pkg. frozen flounder fillets
1 stick butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2-3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed (more or less)
1 tbsp. lemon juice (reconstituted ok, to taste)
flavored bread crumbs
salt and pepper

In saucepan, melt butter. Add parsley, garlic, and lemon juice. Lay flouder fillets flat in a shallow pan (cookie sheet with edges). Sprinkle with salt and pepper; spoon garlic butter evenly over fillets. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs (approximately 1/8 inch thick). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Brown under broiler. Serve with fresh lemon wedges. Serves 4.
