FLOUNDER AMANDINE | |
3 tbsp. sliced almonds 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 (8 oz.) flounder fillets 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Place almonds and butter in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Microwave at high 6 minutes or until almonds are lightly toasted, stirring at 2 minute intervals. Stir in lemon juice. Place fillets over almonds and cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork giving dish a half turn after 4 minutes. It takes only 5 ingredients and 20 minutes to prepare. |
