FRESH APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 c. peeled, cored, sliced apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 recipe double crust pastry
1 tbsp. Mazola butter

Stir together just 3 ingredients. Toss with apples and lemon juice until coated. Turn into pastry lined 9 inch pie plate. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute edge; cut slits in top. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until crust is browned.
