LAURIE'S IRISH SODA BREAD 
2 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup butter (one stick)
¼ cup regular milk
¾ cup buttermilk
1 cup dark raisins
1 cup light raisins

Preheat over to 375°.

Grease an 8-inch loaf pan. Using a food processor, blend dry ingredients. Cut butter into mixture. Mix in beaten eggs. Add milk. Combine and add raisins. Pulse until raisins are evenly blended into mixture.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.

Servings: 12 (1 slice per serving)
