BEST IRISH SODA BREAD 
4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 box raisins
3 tbsp. caraway seeds (optional)
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs (slightly beaten)

Mix dry ingredients together - add milk, sour cream and eggs. Mix well, place in 8-inch greased cake pan, dust with flour.

Bake in 300°F oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

12 Servings.

Nutrition (per serving): 352 calories, 6g total fat, 45.3mg cholesterol, 350.2mg sodium, 343mg potassium, 69.2g carbohydrates, 2.8g fiber, 30g sugar, 7.8g protein, 3.1g saturated fat, 3.1mg iron, 84.8mcg folate, 167.2mg phosphorus, 210.1IU vitamin a, less than 1mcg vitamin b12, 1.2mg vitamin c, 11.7IU vitamin d.

Very simple and delicious! I omitted the raisins because Hubby does not like them.
