2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. mixed fruit Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 or 3 bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix Jello with boiling water and then cold water. Add pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows to Jello mixture. Combine juice, sugar, butter, egg, and flour. Cook until thick. Add cheese immediately. Let cool, then add 1 small Cool Whip. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill.
