3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Dish detergent

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and mix. Cook over low heat. Keep stirring until well blended, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into plastic or paper cups. Add a couple drops of food coloring and a drop of dish detergent to each cup.
