ORIENTAL TURKEYBURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. oats
1 tbsp. low sodium shoyu
1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. coriander

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Fry until browned on both sides.
