MUSHROOM APPETIZER 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Pinch thyme
2 c. water
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.

Fresh mushrooms
Pineapple chunks
Cheddar cheese, cubed
Grapes, seedless
Ripe olives, pitted

Let stand several hours in marinade. Drain. Serve with toothpicks.
