ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken Stove Top dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. sliced unpared zucchini
1/2 c. butter

Boil zucchini and onions in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Melt butter and add seasoning from Stove Top. Pour over half of Stove Top crumbs in a 2-quart casserole.

Mix zucchini, onions, carrots, sour cream, and soup and pour over Stove Top crumbs. Put remainder of Stove Top crumbs on top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 8.
